Information you share with us
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, company, project details, and attachments. Please share only information relevant to your request.
The demo-request form does not store your form details on this website’s server. For budgets above €3,500, continuing opens an embedded Cal.com booking calendar and shares your entered details with Cal.com to prefill the booking form. The appointment is booked when you confirm it in the calendar. For the lowest budget range, the website displays guidance and a contact email link without sending your form details.
Your browser also sends technical information, including an IP address and request headers, to the server delivering the website. Hosting infrastructure may process technical logs to deliver pages, diagnose errors, and protect the service.
How and why information is used
We use correspondence to answer questions, assess project inquiries, communicate about agreed work, and manage our business relationship. Where the GDPR applies, the relevant grounds are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and protecting the website, or meeting legal obligations.
Where an activity requires your consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.
Cookies and analytics
This website currently has no advertising trackers, third-party analytics, visitor accounts, or newsletter signup. Images and videos shown in the portfolio are hosted with the website. Opening another website or your email application is subject to that service’s own privacy practices.
We use the approximate country supplied by the hosting provider, when available, or your browser language to choose Spanish or English. We do not request your precise location. If you change the language in the footer, we remember your choice for one year in the functional cookie “astlian-language”, which takes priority over automatic selection.
The Cal.com calendar loads only when you continue to the booking step. That embedded service may process technical information and use cookies or storage under its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Website delivery, email communications, and appointment scheduling involve hosting, email, and Cal.com service providers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
Providers may process information in other countries. You can contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your request.
How long information is kept
We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with the inquiry, manage an ongoing relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. An agreed project may have separate recordkeeping requirements.

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, and object to certain processing. Email agustin@astlian.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

This policy covers the Astlian website. Apps, third-party services, and client projects may have their own privacy notices and agreements explaining the information processed within those services.
